Hong Kong, 31 August 2026 — China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. announced its interim results, delivering a strong performance amid a diverging fertilizer market.
For the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group recorded:
● Revenue of approximately RMB 15.74 billion, up 24% year-on-year
● Net profit of approximately RMB 1.229 billion, up 62% year-on-year
● Net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 921 million, up 54% year-on-year — approaching the full-year result for 2025
The results were achieved against a backdrop of elevated crude oil prices and an upward cycle in the coal-chemical sector. While the industry experienced notable divergence — with integrated producers benefiting from cost advantages and others facing energy constraints and uneven demand — XLX demonstrated clear operational resilience.
Key growth drivers included the successful commissioning of new production capacity, which supported robust sales of urea and liquid ammonia. Scaled operations further reduced unit costs, resulting in a 66% increase in urea gross profit and a 49% rise in overall Group gross profit, reinforcing the company' s low-cost competitive position.
As the organiser of FSHOW, we are pleased to have China XLX Fertiliser as an exhibitor and look forward to welcoming industry professionals to engage with the company at the upcoming edition.
