II. Document Requirements

(I) For Exhibitors

1. Scanned copy of applicant’s passport data page (valid for a minimum of 6 months)

2. Exhibition contract or booth fee payment receipt, officially sealed by both parties

3. Completed & returned invitation letter template (Attachment 1)

4. Personal Information Form (Attachment 2)

5. Corporate Assignment Letter / Personal Business Card (Attachment 3)

(II) For Registered Visitors

1. Scanned copy of the applicant's passport information page (valid for at least 6 months)

2. Pre-registration code for the exhibition (pre-registration must be completed in advance)

3. Completed & returned invitation letter template (Attachment 1)

4. Personal Information Form (Attachment 2)

5. Corporate Assignment Letter (Attachment 3)

(III) For Guests

1. Scanned copy of the applicant’s passport data page (valid for a minimum of 6 months)

2. Completed & returned invitation letter template (Attachment 1)

3. Personal Information Form / Corporate Business Card (Attachment 2)

2. Prepare all relevant documents in accordance with Section II. Document Requirements.

3. The visa invitation letter will be issued within approximately 7 working days after submission of a complete set of documents. Please allow sufficient time for processing and your visa application.

4. Once issued, a scanned PDF copy of the invitation letter will be sent to the registered contact email address. Please check your mailbox regularly (including the spam/junk folder).
